The commercial team supports private, public, and third sector organisations across all aspects of business operations, including research and development, commercial contracts, complex projects and disputes, competition and procurement law, financial services, consumer credit, intellectual property, privacy and data protection, IT, telecommunications, outsourcing, and commercial collaborations.
The dispute resolution department handles a wide range of commercial disputes with specialist teams covering niche areas, while the employment team, the largest in the South West, advises major national and regional employers. The real estate department manages a large portfolio of public sector and private clients, undertaking prestigious City work as well as regional and local projects, supported by planning, property litigation, and construction specialists.
