The catastrophic injury team, led by Ben Posford, focuses exclusively on life-changing injury claims, including spinal cord and brain injuries, amputations and fatal cases. Ben Posford is recognised for expertise in cauda equina syndrome and is noted for his emphasis on early rehabilitation for seriously injured clients.

The medical negligence department, headed by Hugh Johnson, specialises in serious and catastrophic cases, including birth injuries, spinal cord damage and brain injury. Lawyers within the team hold accreditations from AvMA, the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers.

The property department advises on residential and commercial transactions, leasehold enfranchisement, remortgages, auction purchases, transfers of equity, staircasing leases, lease variations and licences. The property litigation team manages landlord and tenant disputes, restrictive covenants, rights of way, lease interpretation and all aspects of housing law, including homelessness, possession proceedings, disrepair and unlawful eviction.

The private client team advises on wills, probate administration, trusts, intestacy, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters and disputed estates, with expertise provided by lawyers accredited by the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
