Warwick Legal Network

Warwick Legal Network (WLN) is an international association of 40 commercial law firms operating across 28 countries, including jurisdictions in Europe, India, the United States, Brazil and Argentina. Established in 2001, the network has steadily expanded and now comprises more than 500 lawyers and professional staff, with a particular strength in mid-market business law and cross-border trade and investment. Since 2018, WLN has maintained a strategic alliance with ASEAN Law Alliance, extending coverage to 11 countries in South-East Asia.

Member firms provide advice and representation in a wide range of areas, including inward and outward investments, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures, company formations, dispute resolution, intellectual property, employment law, tax law and real estate transactions. They also handle matters relating to green energy projects, competition and compliance, tendering and regulatory issues, enterprise acquisitions and restructuring, due diligence in M&A, trade-agency and distribution agreements, banking and finance, data protection and privacy, insolvency and business turnaround, and debt recovery.

WLN’s members work collaboratively across jurisdictions while retaining their independence, ensuring clients receive both local insight and international expertise. New member firms are recruited primarily through recommendation and are subject to a quality review before joining the network. The lawyers within WLN maintain strong professional relationships with each other, enabling consistent delivery of high-quality cross-border legal services.
