The disputes team handles commercial disputes, commodities, insolvency, intellectual property, landlord and tenant, secured lending, and technology and communications. Employment and employee benefits support is provided alongside immigration services for high‑net‑worth individuals, private clients and corporates across UK immigration, naturalisation and European free movement, with end‑to‑end process management. Private client capabilities include employment advice, residential, sport, wills and inheritance tax, while the property group comprises over 35 lawyers across acquisitions/disposals, asset management, development and construction, finance and residential. Additional expert groups cover education, intellectual property, media, sport, and technology and communications.
