In property litigation, the firm represents freeholders, landlords, tenants and other property holders in disputes including lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews, service charge disputes, recovery of possession, breaches of covenant, construction disputes, planning applications and appeals, restrictive covenants, rights of way and insolvency-related property matters.
