An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded national Legal 100 firm.

This position advises an impressive client base of public sector bodies, housing associations and social housing providers on a diverse range of property-related disputes and advisory matters.

The work will include:

• Possession and injunction proceedings
• Claims under the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Breach of tenancy and leasehold management disputes
• Service charge and rent recovery matters
• General property and landlord and tenant advice

About you:

Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE:

• You’ll have experience handling housing or property-related disputes, ideally acting for social landlords or housing associations
• A strong interest in developing expertise within the housing and property litigation sector
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
