The Role
You’ll be part of a specialist team handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious housing matters. The work is varied, meaningful and offers real scope for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of housing litigation including possession proceedings, injunctions and disrepair claims
- Advising clients on housing management policies and procedures
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases
- Supervising junior team members and paralegals
- Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in housing law and property litigation
- Strong technical skills and confident case management abilities
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Commercially aware and proactive in approach
- Passionate about social justice and housing issues
