The Role
You’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce, financial remedy and cohabitation disputes
- Private law children matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and injunctions
- Complex cases with national and international elements
- You’ll also play an active role in marketing, networking and client development, building on an already strong reputation in the region
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE in family law
- Experienced in running your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong communicator with excellent client-handling skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable engaging in business development and networking activities
