The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious construction and professional negligence matters, including:

Advising clients on claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors
Handling disputes relating to defective design, project delays, and professional standards
Managing claims involving negligence, breach of contract, and associated losses
Conducting litigation, adjudication, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, and settlement agreements
Working closely with insurers, developers, contractors, and commercial clients
Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
