The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation, including financial remedy work
  • Private children matters and related disputes
  • Cohabitation and relationship breakdown advice
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements and court documentation
  • Managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care
