The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including:

Deputyship applications for property and financial affairs
Ongoing deputyship management and reporting
Applications relating to health and welfare
Advising attorneys, deputies, family members, and professional bodies
Working with vulnerable clients and their families with care and sensitivity
Preparing applications, reports, and correspondence for the Court of Protection
Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Court of Protection experience
Strong technical knowledge of mental capacity law
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
Ability to manage a caseload independently
