A leading offshore firm has instructed us, on a confidential basis, to identify a Partner to strengthen its transactional and advisory offering in one of its key offices in the Caribbean. This role is not advertised or widely known.You will be joining a well-structured team led by a highly likeable and impressive Partner. The position will be shaped around the successful individual’s practice, with a focus in one practice area and ability to work on broader matters, or a varied mandate expected to cover areas such as Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory work.Although offshore experience and a portable client base would be welcome, our client is equally open to outstanding Lawyers currently practising onshore law at leading City firms, who can demonstrate a stable career history and meaningful involvement in client origination. You are likely to have a background at any of: other leading offshore firms, City or tier one UK national law firms, or international firms in Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
