About the Firm & Team

top regional law firm with a strong commercial property practice is expanding. The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are given real responsibility, exposure and support, in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload including:
    • Freehold & leasehold property sales and purchases
  • Grants and taking of leases
  • Licence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use)
  • Landlord & tenant management
  • Corporate property support
  • Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documents
  • Provide clear, commercial advice to clients
  • Liaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Contribute to business development and help grow client relationships

About You

  • Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial property
  • Experience in one or more of: leasehold/freehold acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases/licences, corporate property support
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and client-care skills
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Confident dealing with clients from SMEs to large corporates/public sector
  • Interest in business development and growing a personal property practice
