Our client, a Local Authority based in the home counties is seeking a locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a remote working, locum basis.
Our client is anticipating this contract will be ongoing for a period of at least 3-6 months, pending permanent recruitment.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:
The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for advising on, negotiating, and drafting a range of contracts and agreements, which may include;
- Public health contracts
- Construction and building contracts
- IT contracts
- Framework agreements
- Concession Contracts
- Collaboration Agreements
- Funding Agreements
