In aviation and aerospace, the firm has over 40 years’ experience representing leasing companies, financial institutions, funds, airlines, manufacturers and export credit agencies, and is a principal advisor to the Aviation Working Group. Its maritime practice, the largest dedicated team worldwide, advises shipowners, charterers, managers, insurers, banks, investors and financiers, with expertise in maritime infrastructure, commercial shipping, offshore oil and gas, container and logistics, cruise, restructuring and regulatory issues. The firm is also active in industry-wide decarbonisation initiatives, including advising on the Poseidon Principles in support of the IMO’s greenhouse gas reduction goals.
