In aviation and aerospace, the firm has over 40 years’ experience representing leasing companies, financial institutions, funds, airlines, manufacturers and export credit agencies, and is a principal advisor to the Aviation Working Group. Its maritime practice, the largest dedicated team worldwide, advises shipowners, charterers, managers, insurers, banks, investors and financiers, with expertise in maritime infrastructure, commercial shipping, offshore oil and gas, container and logistics, cruise, restructuring and regulatory issues.
