The Property Mediators

The Property Mediators is a UK‑based collective of specialist property mediators with decades of experience in property law, litigation and mediation, providing dispute resolution across commercial and residential matters. The group mediates disputes involving the Building Safety Act, co‑ownership and family issues, commercial landlord and tenant, the Electronic Communications Code, facilitation of property transactions, inheritance, family provision and estate administration, land and real property, neighbours, boundaries and easements, professional liability, and residential leases and tenancies. Drawing on backgrounds as specialist property solicitors and barristers, the mediators combine technical expertise with practical insight into the commercial and psychological drivers of conflict to help parties reach workable agreements. The panel comprises Gary Webber, Jacqui Joyce, Sara Benbow, Iain Travers, Sue O’Brien, John de Waal KC and Rupert Cohen, supported by administrator Rachel Haverson.
