Littleton Chambers

Littleton is a leading employment and commercial chambers, comprising a team of 54 barristers, including 17 silks, who provide expert advice and advocacy across a broad range of legal matters.

The chambers’ members undertake work in multiple jurisdictions, covering employment law; business protection (statutory and High Court); commercial law, including fraud, insolvency, financial services, banking, commercial contracts, share and business sale agreements, shareholder disputes, company and partnership law, disciplinary and regulatory matters; sports law; injunctions; mediation and arbitration; civil investigations; and international and offshore disputes.

Littleton recruits two pupils per year through the Pupillage Gateway. The chambers emphasise both advocacy skills and practical, approachable client service, seeking pupils with strong academic records, advocacy flair, and interpersonal skills. The set actively supports underrepresented groups in Bar applications through initiatives such as collaborations with Rare, the Bar Council e-mentoring scheme, the Bar Placement Scheme, 10,000 Black Interns, Bridging the Bar, and its Inspire Sports Law Initiative.
