Environmental Property Solicitor – Bristol 

This is a unique opportunity to join a firm in its growing environmental team who has established a strong connection in the agricultural/farming sector. The role required a qualified Solicitor to advise landowners on land regeneration, biodiversity enhancement and environmental law, with a strong commercial property and planning emphasis.

What would the role involve:

• Advise clients such as developers, landowners on environmental improvements and land use strategy
• Focus on natural capital, biodiversity net gain and regenerative land projects
• Support major planning and development schemes with an environmental dimension
• Draft and negotiate legal documentation for land transactions with environmental and commercial implications

What experience do you need?

• 1 year PQE with experience in environmental, planning or commercial property law
• Background advising on land use, development or environmental regulation (or a strong interest in this evolving space)
• Experience in both advisory and transactional legal work
• A keen interest in environmental law and regulation
