Commercial Property Associate – Manchester

A leading Manchester-based law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Senior Associate (3-5 years PQE+) to join its well-established and highly regarded Real Estate team.

The role:

You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload covering all aspects of commercial property, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• Landlord and tenant work
• Development projects
• Property finance and investment transactions
• Corporate support on real estate aspects of business sales and purchases

You’ll be part of a close-knit and collaborative team, working with a diverse client base that includes regional and national businesses, investors, developers and occupiers across multiple sectors.

About You:

• 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
• Strong technical skills with experience across a varied real estate mix
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
