The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a broad and high-value caseload, including:

• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
• Managing complex probate and estate administration matters
• Advising on trusts, trust structuring, and wealth preservation
• Handling cross-border estates and international private client work where applicable
• Working closely with tax advisers, accountants, and other professionals
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
