An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a US firm seeking an Employment Associate for its London office. The team advises a wide range of employers, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, on all aspects of the employment relationship in the U.K. and internationally. Key areas of expertise include business protection and restrictive covenants, employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional restructuring projects and executive terminations.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Between 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law gained at a leading City firm.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
