The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and management
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax planning and related advice
You’ll work closely with an experienced team, supported by well-trained assistants and excellent administrative systems. There’s scope to develop your own client relationships and to play a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client offering.
About You
You will ideally have:
- 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client work (but we welcome applications from all levels with relevant experience)
- Confidence in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
- A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- A proactive, organised and collaborative attitude
If you’re STEP-qualified or working towards it, that’s a bonus — but it’s not essential.
