The Role: As Head of Residential, you will:

• Lead and manage the residential conveyancing department, overseeing fee earners and support staff
• Handle a high-quality caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions
• Play a key role in developing the department’s strategy, client base, and service delivery
• Drive team performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Represent the firm in business development, networking, and client relationship management

Requirements: 

Significant experience in residential property law, ideally 7+ years PQE
 Strong technical ability across all conveyancing matters
 Previous experience leading or supervising a team
 Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
 Ambition to progress into Director-level leadership
