CRIME DUTY SOLICITOR

WE ARE RECRUITING NATIONALLY FOR LEGAL AID/WHITE COLLAR, NEWLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED DUTY SOLICITORS FULL OR PART-TIME AS WELL AS CONSULTANTS AND EXISTING CRIMINAL DEFENCE TEAMS WITH THEIR LEAD PARTNER.

SALARY

£40,000 – £110,000, with bonus depending on experience.

THE ROLE
You will handle a varied caseload across police stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Court, providing expert advocacy and client representation. From serious crime litigation to everyday offences, you will deliver high-quality defence, draft and prepare strong casework, and play an active role in shaping our future growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Duty Solicitor Accreditation / PSQ
• Solicitor, Barrister, HCA or CILEX
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and case preparation skills
• Flexibility for police station callouts and court hearings
• Excellent communication and client care
