Solicitor – Property Litigation

Our client is expanding and seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to strengthen their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded practice known for providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice. The property disputes team handles a broad spectrum of work and acts for a diverse client base, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, and business owners.

The Role

Handling a diverse caseload of property-related disputes

Advising on landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations and possession matters

Managing disputes involving boundaries, rights of way and other property interests

Representing clients in litigation proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes

Preparing legal documentation and offering strategic, commercially sound advice

Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless client service

About You

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation

Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness

Confident communicator with excellent client management skills

Team player with a proactive and organised approach

Committed to developing lasting client relationships
